That is why we describe it as an AI Real Estate Operating System.

Does Modern Agent Sprint™ guarantee closings?

No. Nobody can truthfully guarantee when another person will decide to buy or sell real estate. Results vary based on market, effort, consistency, and other factors. What Founding Members do have is the Founding Member Promise: Leads Flowing — Or We Keep Working. Complete 120 days of The Daily Sprint and meet the requirements in Terms §5. If qualified leads are not flowing, the promise provides for a full-system diagnostic, rebuild and campaign optimization, continued support, and three additional months without a membership charge.
